Please accept this letter as denial/objection for the estate of Joshua Christopher Lee Briscoe to be appointed to Pamelia and Roger Briscoe. We, friends and family enclose our petition of valid signatures indicating that the estate of Joshua Christopher Lee Briscoe should be awarded to his only living sole heir, Victoria Elizabeth Lee Briscoe. We propose that Brittany Nicole Guerrero, natural mother/guardian of minor heir be entitled to serve as Permanent Administrator of the estate on behalf of Victoria Elizabeth Lee Briscoe.
At the time of death, decedent left no estate to be administered with the exception of:
Ford Explorer
Mitsubishi Galant
Living Room Suit (couch, love seat, entertainment center)
Bedroom Suit (queen size bed, chester drawers)
Electronics (2 televisions, Xbox game, DVD player)
Pictures, letters
Minor child clothing
We feel that these items can be used to establish a home for Brittany and Victoria in due time and these items also have sentimental value to both of them.
