The FA have on several occaisions failed in the FIT AND PROPER PERSONS test on behalf of Portsmouth FC which has again seen them up for sale through poor ownership. This petition is designed to get the FA to see they have failed Portsmouth Football Club and its fans once again and that we 'the fans' are making a stand against them!
