PETITION FROM RESIDENTS NO to Canopus, Hobe Grove, Harmony

We, the undersigned, oppose the developments of Hobe Grove, Harmony, Canopus and Hobe Sound Polo Club/Groves 14. These developments propose urban towns and urban clustering outside our urban growth boundary and will bring unneeded houses as well as unwanted residential and commercial strips to our green agricultural area. The developments are not allowed in our Comprehensive Growth Management Plan (Comp Plan). This scenario would repeat what happened in Broward County and in Port St. Lucie.

Please vote NO! Your votes will determine the future of Martin County.
