We the undersigned, being fully aware that we might really pee off some of our most trusted friends, beseach the petitioners to the Prime Minister regarding our beloved pastime of angling, to desist in their efforts to confuse the said minister in regard to his duties of administering the results of the petitions.
Instead, we believe that the Prime Minister should spend his time shouting down the phone at the Civil Servant fat cats resident at the Environment Agency. These people are sat on their large posteriors refusing to administer the requirements of a publicly paid for Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Review report stating that scientific research must be carried out to see what the effects on our fish stocks would be if the closed season were abolished for non-migratory fish.
Oi Gordon, get them doing their job! Please don't for Gods' sake get Sir Fred Goodwin in to oversee the study, it'll cost a fortune and never be finished.
