*We believe that it is wrong for the administrators to take major decisions without consulting all of their staff before doing so.
*We feel that it is inappropriate to remove a founding member (i.e. Yorkie) from the staff without his consent and without even seeking his opinions beforehand.
*We do not consider it appropriate to remove staff without any consultation with the affected staff, or any pre-warning. As such, we call for the immediate reinstatement of these staff.
*We do not think it is appropriate for admin to bow to the pressures of a small, but very vocal minority, but to seek the opinions of all the relevant people.
*We are distressed that inappropriate comments, including homophobic comments, are being allowed to go unchecked.
*We feel it is wrong that the head website manager (i.e. TC) was not consulted about these changes, or even told about them.
*We feel that rules regarding the public discussion of staff decisions on the forum should be better enforced.
