1. This designation in zoning will align with the City of Spring Hill Planning Commission Master Land Use Plan (adopted 12-4-06).
2. This zoning will prevent high density residential development that would adversely impact the citizens of the City of Spring Hill and the Spring Hill Government by:
a. exacerbating the traffic issue on Main Street, currently rated an F by an independent study commissioned by the City of Spring Hill.
b. adversely impacting the property values of surrounding developments through the addition of high density rental housing.
