Petition to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario

Whereas as the Children’s Aid Societies of Ontario have no Ombudsman oversight. Whereas as (LGBT) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, transgender, and bisexual youth can not make complaints regarding systemic abuse to the Ombudsman of Ontario therefore; we the undersigned petition the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal to require all 53 Children’s Aid Societies to conduct ongoing sensitivity training on LGBTQ struggles and for the training to be mandatory every 12 months.
