This Petition is in loving memeory of Heather TomichBrutally murdered Jan 18 2001. My cousin Heather Tomich was brutally murdered Jan 18 2001 By Kevin Bray. She was coming home to go to her best friend's dad's funeral and was killed by Kevin Bray by being beet to death. Mr. Bray did not know my cousin from the next guy. He beet my cousin so bad we had to have a closed casket at the visitation. The state of illinois does not have the death penalty because Jim Ryan put a hold on the death penalty to try to get it abolished. I need your help to fight for my cousin and all who will suffer in the future of losses.
