Please, please, *please* can something be done to alleviate the nightmare of Essex Rd/Upper Street/Angel congestion. It's been a disaster area for years, and seems to be getting worse rather than better. It doesn't help that every other road in Islington

congestion is partly caused by poor timing of traffic lights, of which there are plainly too many, as well as all the ridiculous costly road bumps and traffic calming schemes which are springing up all over the place, courtesy of OUR COUNCIL TAX!!!!!
