Remove Steve Raquet as Public Defender

Dear Mayor and City/County Members
This petition is in regard Steve Raquet and his appointment as Public Defender in the city of Kokomo.
As you know , Mr.Raquet was recently convicted of possession of child pornography and avoided the
Consequences of his actions by entering the pretrial diversion program. As citizens of Kokomo and or
Howard County, we have a duty and a right to act in the best interests of the community. By adding to
the list of names on this petition, we are demanding the removal of Steve Raquet from the position of
Public Defender. This petition, a follow up to a letter writing campaign that is already well under way,
Is just the start in the citizen cleanup of our local government, We intend to instigate the removal of all
the local officials that had a hand into putting this sick person into a position paid for by the taxpayers.
