Request For Funding From Korean Government From Law-abiding Foreigners

Dear Korean government: In accordance with your policy of paying employees not to visit brothels as per the following site: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20061226/ts_nm/korea_prostitutes_dc_2 We, the English-speaking foreign community of South Korea would like to request funds for those who are teaching illegal private lessons and would like to stop. We are looking forward to lots of prizes from the government for those who can keep up a healthy, private lesson-free day. Korean corporate culture includes a voracious appetite for English along with the heavy drinking, and unfortunately we are also being sucked in by the lure of easy money and corporate contacts.
