Restrict Freshmen from Quincy during Peak Hours

We the people of Quincy House hereby petition to start a thirty (30) day trial period of interhouse restrictions, in which we will invoke dining restrictions on all members of the freshman class during peak hours (12-2pm and 6-7pm each day, except Saturdays and Friday nights) in order that 1) the Quincy dining hall staff are not forced to cover an unnecessarily large percentage of the College population and 2) Quincy residents are not denied meals or prompt service on account of influx beyond our control (after all, we can't eat in Annenberg).
