There are two reasons for this petition, the first is the traditional reasoning behind a petition to show an overwhelming support for a given cause in this case KC's U.S. return. The second reason is that the type of travel visa KC will need is called a "P1 visa" which is intended to enable musicians and athletes to travel and tour in the U.S. without the traditional more complicated work visa. To acquire this visa he needs to be recognized as an "Internationally recognized artist" which means we need to prove that he is popular enough to have a fan base in the U.S. We are going to use this petition as this proof. What we would like all of you to do is go to this petition and explain why KC should be allowed back into the U.S. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SWEARING OR ANY OTHER UNCOUTH LANGUAGE AS THIS WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE GOVERNMENT. Please make sure you also enter your city and state in the given field because we need to show them that all of you who sign this are actually fans in the U.S. Make sure you share this as much as possible and we will keep you posted on any changes on this situation.
