The MLB needs to put a salary cap on teams without allowing them to go over the cap under any circumstances. If they are over the cap, they should have to release players to get under. This should be done because teams like the Yankees keep on spending money and winning (they won't this year though) and teams without money keep on losing. If there is a salary cap, baseball will be more exciting because the games will be closer and more competitive. SO PLEASE SIGN!
