Saudi Kingdom Officials Should Accept Responsibility

Once again Saudis are playing blame game, but this time over lives of over 350 dead pilgrims (Hajjis). I am referring to the tragic stampede incident that occurred on January 12th, 2006

"Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz, as well as the kingdom's interior minister, said the tragedy was caused by pilgrims "

"Saudi officials have denied that police could have done more to stop a stampede during the Hajj pilgrimage, now known to have killed at least 362 Muslims."

"Saudi Arabia is blaming unruly pilgrims for the crush that killed at least 345 people in the Hajj. "

"Saudi officials say little could have been done to prevent a crush during the annual Hajj pilgrimage in which 345 people died."

Read the quoted the above quoted statements again and again, don't you think Saudi Kingdom officials should have been more humble towards accepting the responsibility.

It has been trend with the Kingdom officials that when something goes wrong they never want to take the responsibility.

Yet the Kingdom's religious police (THE MUTAWAS) is always vigilant in pronouncing almost every other Muslim as non believer. If you have been to Hajj you would know THE MUTAWAS (Red scarf individuals without any identification or display of rank) would not let you practice anything if it is against their school of thought.

Today with your help I want Saudi Kingdom Officials to Apologize to the entire Muslim World for blaming this tragic incident on Pilgrims (Hajjis).
