On the glory day aka four twenty, a student at North Wood High School Silver Spring Maryland was kicked for making a hoax comment on the popular but shitty website known as MySpace, it was regarding as followed
My fellow classmates know of my burning hatred for Mr. Montalvon at Northwood High School. I will now descibe, in a step-by-step account, his death.
"1. I storm into his 1A class period with a backpack full of crucifix nails, shotgun shells, a butcher knife, a branding device, brass knuckles, and 6 pounds of marijuana, gasoline, matches, and a sawed-off shotgun in hand.
2. I make a B-Line to his desk and punch him in the face with the knuckleduster.
3. While he is knocked out, I shoot him in the balls with the shotgun, and drag him to the front of the school, in the TV studio.
4. Then I nail him upside down on the NHS Morning News Show, crucfix style. He wakes up.
5. I stab him in the side with the butcher for good measure.
6. I start to hack off his legs with the knife slowly, and make turniquittes with the random wires in the studio to slow the bleeding.
7. I set a fire under Mr. Montalvon with the matches and gasoline.
8.I carefully put the branding device in the fire, and mark Mr. Montalvon on his forehead. It reads " OWNED "
9. I pour in the 6 pounds of marijuana and enjoy the smoke, all while being taped on the NHS Morning Announcements....
10. Repeat steps 1-9 with the teachers Mr. Lindsey, and mr. Johnson (Latin Teacher).
If you hate a teacher at that shithole you call a school, post a comment describing his/her wanted death."
It may sound graphic, but its joke, that people with brains only understood. May also this was writen aprox 3 months before the virgina tech insident, in which the school tried to connect this case to. The whole school violence teachers staff fiasco is just a bunch a contriversial momble jumble. The Northwood staff decided it was nessisary to kick this student out therfore abringing his first amendment rights. This is what the claimed.
"The students at northwood have been very proactive in providing staff with information they feel serves as a threat to the safety and security of student and staff in the building. We discovered that several students wrote threatening comments about staff on personal MySpace web pages. It was also reported that one student made a threatening comment in class regarding the Virginia Tech incident. I am happy that the students reacted in that manner and reported that information to the staff. As a result we immediately involved our Educational Facilities Officer, Scott Arnold, in the process and are handling these incident as disciplinary matters. We learning environment where all the students feel safe at all times."
Let me point out the following bullshit, the student that reacted to the staff and ratted him out doesnt even go to northwood aparently, this isnt 100\% correct but it might you never know. In the letter that the student wrote, he never said anything about killing any students, therfore it is not a threat to "Staff and students" its just staff, learn to read. Threating comments towards administers, it wasnt a comment, it was blog, theres a difference. Scott Arnold barely did anything on sight, because he wasnt even at the school when they took the student out of class. Disciplinary Matters, psh expelling a kid for exercising his right to freedom of speech sounds fishy to me. Where all students feel safe at all times, the blog wasnt even threatened at students, it was to one teacher, in anger, for giving him a bad grade. Ever Hear of the word "Satire".
A man can write a book fantasizing about the assasination of the US president [even stated as George Bush in novela]in many mannors, and be praised and glorified by the media. This student wrote a fictionary about killing some of his teachers, and is identified as Violent, criminal, or sick human being. This event took off because of the virgina tech insident according to the hand out/note given to all the students at northwood, and the blog was writen in januray 13th 2007, and this event came into place on 4/20/07. They are going to expell this student for something ludicris, even Drew(the student) claimed that if he were accually going to do what he stated, he wouldnt of shared it to over 70 people, and it would be impossible to carry all of those objects into a school by himself.
The purpose of this petition is to give the kid a chance, he has no criminal record, gpa's are higher then 3.25, and has no problems with bullys in his class room unlike the virgina tech incident. Hollywood Writers can write storys about killing people in a detailed mannor, and win an oscar. a civilian highschool student writes it using real names and gets kicked out. Hes still on trial and we believe that he should be able to finsh the year at the school.
