Save Our Beloved Veterans On GL

ATTENTION: Barbara Bloom, Senior Vice President of CBS Daytime; Alan Lafley, CEO of Procter & Gamble; Nina Tassler, President of CBS Entertainment; Phil Dixson, Senior Vice President of Televest; Shari Schafer, Director of CBS Daytime East Coast; and Leslie Moonves, Chairman of CBS-TV.

We, the undersigned, are becoming disheartened at the killing spree that seems to be going on in Springfield. It began with the killing of Phillip Spaulding (portrayed by Grant Aleksander) and we, the dedicated viewers, are very concerned that TPTB will continue in this manner. Veteran actors MAKE "Guiding Light" what its long history is all about. We are happy to welcome new actors but NOT at the expense of the veteran actors.

Kindly stop the killing off of our dear veterans and restore those who have left "Guiding Light" to their rightful place in the storylines of this show. We FEAR that GL may be cancelled due to viewers' discontent with the present management this wonderful soap.
