We under signed demand the quashing of Shahla Jahed's sentence of the death penalty executable by hanging. We demand that Shahla Jahed's case to be reheard with the proper due process and after completion of further proper investigations. We demand that all the evidence must be supplied and put before the jury for examination. We demand that in case she is found guilty beyond reasonable doubt, her sentence to be a term of imprisonment only.
