Dr. Andrew Meyer

FOR
Failure of leadership
Use of Illegal Contracts with Teachers
Failure to Meet State Standards and Expectations
Lack of Personal Integrity and Following the Harbor Method
Possible conflict of interest, in relation to 2 other Charter Schools

Dr. Meyers Actions have lead to the Possible Closure of the School.
This action shows a blatant disregard for the welfare of the Students and Staff.


We, the undersigned citizens and legal voters of Taylor's Crossing Public Charter School, respectfully direct that the above action take place at the next Board meeting or within one month whichever comes first. We are aware that this week there is a meeting with the Idaho Public Charter School Commission, to address the Illegal Contracts teachers were made to sign this year. This corrective action places the school at risk of losing its Charter and Closing.

If the Governing Board of Taylor's Crossing Public Charter School, fails to follow this petition, we the parents of students of TCPCS, ask the Idaho Public Charter School Commission, formally to remove the Board as now constituted and appoint a new board that will follow state regulation and guidelines.

Each individual has personally signed this petition; I am a legal voter of the state of Idaho in (and my child(ren) attend the Taylor's Crossing Public Charter School) and county written after my name, and my residence address is correctly stated, and to my knowledge, have signed this petition only once.
