The players of Voyage Century Online (aka: VCO) feel that you (Internet Gaming Gate aka IGG) are neglecting the game Voyage Century Online of basic needs and alterations. We file the following complaints against you, and hope that you will change your behavior towards VCO and begin to take more interest, and care for your product.

You refuse to fix know bugs in your program which we have detailed for you thoroughly. Fix bugs that we mention to you, at a speedy rate that should take no less then 14 days from their exposure.
You refuse to balance the game by means of the item mall. People who are unable to obtain these items have their work completely undercut as VCO players. Those who do obtain these items are overpowered against all other players beyond normal means. Do something to fix this serious issue.
You need to establish a viable and working relationship with the player community. So far your Live Technical Support refuses to answer calls when ONLINE, they also evade questions, and leave unexpectedly from conversations for no reason. In all they are completely useless. Please reform your Technical Department, there is large evidence to show their incompetence and complete lack of evidence, the only thing you need to do to obtain it is to ask on your VCO forums. Also, please have personnel that are able to communicate with the players. From this we mean that you need to have workers that are fluent in the English language so they may effectively perform their job.
Begin to listen to the player community and take their suggestions to heart by changing VCO with the appropriate alterations to meet the publics demands. By this is should be noted that we ask you to make changes to the game that you refuse to make. Complete these changes should there be a popular majority that supports the suggested ideas to the game. From this, suggested ideas should have a census or vote. If an idea gains enough support from the player community, IGG makes their own official poll. The official IGG poll should be open to all VCO players to participate in. Should the vote be a majority in support of the proposed idea within a week of the polls creation, IGG should implement the idea as soon as possible; taking no longer then 14 days.
