We agree that Aberystwyth needs some positive changes; we believe that these changes should involve the creation of more entertainment venues and increased shopping options. We also believe that Aberystwyth is turning into a ghost town, that its high street is run down and that the empty buildings are depressing. Something must be done to improve this and this does not mean that we want historically relevant sites destroyed in the process but if it means that compulsory purchase orders have to be put on some businesses then so be it (as long as the owners are given financial compensation, as well as free support and advice). Finally and essentially we want to see a brighter, more exciting and economically stable town with better choice, prospects and job opportunities.

I'd like to see some new attractions for students, residents and tourists. For instance Laserquest or bowling? But I'd rather see old and unused buildings being converted than small local businesses being forced to sell up.
