School change to Linux

In September 17, 1787, the newly founded United States of America adopted a document known as the Constitution of the United States of America.

The first line of this document is known as the Preamble of the United States Constitution.

It reads:
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Today's schools are much like countries, they form a perfect union (students, teachers, and staff), they establish justice (innocent until proven guilty) , insure domestic tranquility (clean and enviromentally concerned), provide a safe environment (security and police on schools), provide welfare (free after-school learning programs), secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.

It is only reasonable that schools have their own preamble relating to new computing technologies.

"We the [Staff, Teachers, or Students] of the [school name here], in Order to form a more perfect Union [open source + GNU General Public License(GPL} ], establish Justice (freedom) , insure domestic Tranquility (99.9\% of all hardware recognized) , provide for the common defence (safest OS up to date), promote the general Welfare (freedom to install, change and redistribute), and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves (open source) and our Posterity , do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United classrooms of [school name here]."
