Indiana State Law is everyone in a truck,car,or,suv must be in a seatbelt...well I myself grew up in a time where you rode in a back of a truck bed and had fun. Now you cant even do that.This is a FREE COUNTRY!!! Its our RIGHT if we want to wear one or not.
