Sony Net MD Walkman Software Problems

Sony needs to acknowledge the problems that are occurring in their OpenMG/SonicStage software that is essential to convert and transfer music to their Net MD players. Many people have invested their hard-earned money in a product that should work to the expectations that it was purchased under. We must make Sony provide us with a permanent software solution so we can enjoy converting our music collection to the minidisc format.
