Specail needs childrens rights (in group care)

This is a pentition for Special Needs Children who are in group homes.
Theres millions of children in group homes, and that includes many many many special needs children. Children with FASD,ADHD,Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and many other things. Many of these children are abused or kept, not only against their will but also against their parents/guardians will. Many parents who are capable of caring for these children are denied that right by social services. THIS IS WRONG! The parent asks for help and their child gets taken away.
Fight for the rights of these children and their parents.
Parents of these children should have more resources available!
These children should be protected!
When we sign this we are saying that we feel the government is not treating these children fairly and we want More Advocates!
WE need more support!
