States Rights and Second and Tenth Amendment Restoration Act of 1999 HR 3444, nt

This is a bill that died in congress in the 1999 and 2000 session of the 106th Congress of the United States. This law, if enacted would restor the rights to thousands of people that, with the enactment of the Lautenberg Amendment of 1996, took away the right to own, or poesses a firearm of thousands of people in the United States for a misdemanor. This law means that in a man or woman, are haveing an argument in there home, and the police are called, and both are arrested for disturbing the peace with a domestic violence clause, they both can never, ever, own a firearm again, for life.
