28 elephants are being translocated from the western ghats of Karnataka to the far away unbearbly hot,dusty Madya Pradesh forest by our Forest Minstry.
It is no joke playing with these pachyderms, so sad and as thay don't have a say.
CUPA-Compassion Unlimited Plus Action has filed a PIL in the High Court of Karnataka to prevent Government of Karnataka to undertake this diasastrous exercise.
The Division Bench comprising of Cheif Justice Vikramjit Sen and Justice Nagarthna have given 4 weeks time to Govt. of Karnataka to file objections.
