Stop Negative Attack Ads in Canada

Let it be known that we are making a stand against negative attack ads in Canadian Politics. We prefer if our politicians would take a more moral approach to trying to win elections. During recent elections political scientists on CBC were heard saying that politicians use negative attack ads because "they work". Many amoral methods "work". Take assassination for example. Granted, assassination is more amoral than negative attack ads, but we don't endorse it because we, as Canadians accept a better way. Other countries can't say so much! This is Canada. We should take the higher road. We want to make a stand and say that we don't want these ads. We want to hold Canadian politicians to a higher standard. A standard based on a higher set of morals and values. Please no more ads that slag other candidates. Please no more ads that are personally vindictive or aggressive. Please spend your time evangelising your platform and it's benefits.
