We maintain that a public school is subject to the Constitution of the United States. Furthermore, the students attending said school are afforded the rights provided under the Constitution. Moreover, the First, Fourth, and Fifth amendment rights of the Supercharger Staff (underground school newspaper) were violated on the morning of Monday September 12, 2005. Furthermoreover, we hereby petition Buffalo Grove High School and District 214 to immediately abolished any school rule or board policy that conflicts with the rights afford by the Constitution and to have any school official that violates students rights be promptly terminated.
