We the undersigned, are taxpaying citizens of Beverly, Massachusetts, who support the creation of neighborhood off-leash areas for residents and their licensed dogs. We believe that offleash exercise and socialization for dogs and their owners is a recognized and important recreational activity that promotes good citizenship and community growth.
In 2002, the City Council and the Parks Department agreed to establish off leash areas in Beverly as soon as possible. As a citizen of Beverly, my signature indicates that I support the creation of, and would make use of, off leash areas for dog and their owners in Beverly.

I recently moved here from Southern California where off leash dogs parks are available in most towns. The parks are all well maintained and offer an ideal location for dogs and owners to congregate.

I am a new resident to Beverly who has a dog. We came from a town that does not have a leash law and we are excited to know that Beverlt is in the works for a dog park. Beverly is a not to friendly dog city.
