Support Pedicabs in Philly

I believe that environmentally friendly pedicabs should be allowed to operate in Philadelphia. I believe the service they provide makes Philadelphia a better, greener city for its residents and business owners, in addition to making the city more memorable to visitors and attractive to future residents. Therefore, I would like Philadelphia's City Council to adopt regulation which provides for the safe operation of pedicabs.
