SUPPORT the Parole Boards decision IN FAVOR of Releasing Shuaib Abdur-Raheem

Over thirty-five (35) years ago, four young men made a grave mistake, which resulted in their imprisonment. Although they had no prior conviction or criminal records, Shuaib Abdur-Raheem, Dawud Abdur-Rahman, Salih Ali Abdullah and Yusef Abdallah(who was later released after suffering a stroke and paralysis) were sentenced to 25 years to life, for the allege charge of kidnapping, assault, robbery, and weapons possession.

While incarcerated they have been MODEL inmates, making the best out of a unfortunate situation by earning their degrees and working within the system to IMPROVE the lives of others. As a result, Shuaib Abdur-Raheem(#74A2617) was granted PAROLE and earned the RIGHT to be released.
Currently there are those who, by putting political pressure, want the parole board to reverse its decision. Shuaib PAID his debt to society and it would be a gross miscarriage if the decision of RELEASING him were reversed.

Thus, we the supporters of Shuaib Abdur-Raheem, urge the New York Parole Board to continue with its decision to RELEASE Shuaib Abdur-Raheem and grant him the JUSTICE he deserves.
