Dear fellow Tanglewood townhome owners,
Do you feel the supplemental rules and regulations in this community are too restrictive ?
Do you feel that some board members and the H O A management actually enjoy enforcing suppressive rules that have no relation to health and safety, or overall property values?
I would like to begin rolling back some rules that just make no sense, diminishing our quality of life and can actually cost us additional monie$ each month!
This month, August 2004 I would like to focus on one rule that I feel is ridiculous..
NOT BEING ABLE TO WASH YOUR CAN NOT EVEN WITH A BUCKET .
Each month I will take input from you on the next rule to address.
This is just the first of many rules that are out of control! You can receive a $25.00 and $50.00 fine just for washing your car ;(!
Please sign this petition and provide all of the required information. I will present this at the next H O A meeting to begin the process to make this a more conducive community to own a home and live in.
