Main Street Festivals on Main Street in Hyannis have been canceled. The Town of Barnstable says that teens have too much "screen time". This Consists of T.V., Computer etc. Well now they have canceled one of the only things teens have to do during the summer. If you think that the street fests should be reinstated, sign this petition!
