The Future Of Nintendo: What Do You Want

We, the undersigned, would like to express our opinions about your current selection of video games. Most of us have been playing your video games for many years, but feel as though the more recent releases for the Gamecube are not up to the standards of your earlier classics on the Nintendo Entertainment System, Super NES and, to a certain extent, the Nintendo 64. Although we understand that you must try out different ideas in order to keep things fresh and new, we believe that some of these ideas are taking the magic out of our favourite franchises (e.g. The FLUDD device in Super Mario Sunshine). In other cases such as Star Fox Assault, and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker we believe that many improvements could have been made prior to their release to bring them on par with the games that came before them (such as difficulty, the length of the game etc.).

Because of this we, the fans, wish to have a say in what we would like to see appear on the current and next generation of consoles. Please take a moment to listen to what we have to say, since we are the ones who will be buying your products in the end, and thus deserve a chance to state what we would like to play. If things carry on the way they are, then we may end up looking elsewhere for our gaming needs. Thank you for your time.

(To those of you who are signing, this is your chance to tell Nintendo what it is you want! Instead of complaining about how bad you think things have gotten, tell Nintendo what you would rather play. After all, if we dont do anything, then nothing will change.)

45. Danipepino Baird | As I much as I love Nintendo, and the games you make, I must say that there are some things that ought to be resolved. I feel that Nintendo is abusing Mario, and I suggest that you slow down on them. Donпїt make any Mario spin-offs for a while, it is gett

44. Travis H | Nintendo will always be in my heart, but I also feel that something is bringing down the good name of Nintendo. I'm an adventure type person and Super Mario is at the top of my list. I found it very disappointing on what has become of Mario. I mean, they

43. Nirvanafreak Mooney | You really need to come out with more RPGs. And of those, they should be of much better quality than most of the ones you've put out so far. The only enjoyable RPG I've played for the Gamecube was "Tales of Symphonia". Others such as "Baten Kaitos" were h

38. Tristan Do | There have become far too many Mario titles. Granted, I as well understand that Mario is the primary reason Nintendo was put on top of the console market, but really, enough is enough. Keep Mario the way he was meant, do something original again, not anot

25. Brian Delgado | I feel the challenge is almost gone, and the characters that once felt new, now feel old. F-Zero is the only game that still feels young in my mind. Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Starfox even, have all been almost overused. I'll always love my new Zelda games, b
