The road to 10\% bodyfat.

We, Niv and Alex, hereby agree to the following terms:

1. Niv will get a 6pack with 10\% bodyfat*.

2. Alex will get a 6pack with 10\% bodyfat*.

3. Alex and Niv will support each other through the process of getting abs, giving each other advice and using the heroic Tim as a comparison point for the standard of manliness.

4. Alex and Niv will not make fun of each other if they will be required to drop below the weight that is considered manly. After all, Mystery is 6'4 130 lbs and had sex with over 500 HB9s and HB10s. The Gracies are relatively light weight, and are masters of MMA beating opponents over 50 lbs above them.

5. Alex and Niv agree to continue strength weight training and high intensity cardio during the process of getting abs.

6. Alex and Niv agree to eat clean and watch their diets, and not eat after 9pm EST.

7. This contract shall expire when Niv and/or Alex achieve a body fat level* of 9.0 +- 1.0\%. At the time of expiry, all obligations signed by the respective party shall be withdrawn. A further maintenance contract may then be established.


* Body fat level will be measured and presented to the other party. Sufficient proof of the percentage presented shall be acquired and approved by the other party, which shall do the act of judging in a reasonable manner. Body fat level presentation includes, but is not limited to, a Calipers test, a visual proof of measurements, and/or an upper body high quality digital image.
