The Stop Unnecessary Frog Dissection

Many people know about frog dissection, which is practiced in many middle and high schools. Many teachers think it is a necessity for the classroom, helping students learn about anatomy and physiology. Well let me give you a heads up on frog dissection - it is wrong and cruel.
Many students answer back to this: But they're already dead! They do not get my point. It doesn't matter if it was dead a year or a day ago, the point is that it was killed Unnecessarily , especially so now that we have a wonderful alternative of virtual frog dissection software.
Even if it is "already dead", shouldn't we have a respect for all dead or alive animals? I don't think you would like it if your relative was cut up ruthlessly the day before the funeral. And don't answer back that "It isn't the same". Aren't we all God's creatures? Shouldn't we all be treated kindly and respectfully? I think, if anybody, we should be at the bottom of the list of animals able to dissect creatures. If anybody, the frogs should be dissecting us! Who are the ones that deforestize there habitat? Humans!!! The ones who have not taken any consideration for frogs? Humans!!! And then, just because we can talk, build tools, and "better" then frogs, we make then stoop so low as to cut them up....without there permition....for science???
Now let me talk about the virtual computer frog dissection. There are many different virtual frog dissection computer software programs- The Virtual Frog, Froguts, exc. You might say "They probably cost a fortune!" Well, according to studies, if a teacher bought these computer programs for all of there computers, it usually costs less then the dead frogs, tools, exc. People have tested these computer programs, and most of them, if not all, say that it is equal or better then hands on frog dissection.
After reading that, I think that you should have it in you heart to sign my petition against frog dissection. After all, not only will you be helping a good cause, you just might save a froggies life1!! ;-)
