This petition is designed to tell the state of Pennsylvania to stop misappropriating tobacco funds and give it back to the people who need help. Some states have had their funding taken back by the US Government because they use tobacco funding to build roads and do things other than the intended use. People who want to quit need help and not all of us can afford it. Please tell Governor Rendell to stop putting PA at risk for getting its funds taken away altogether.
