Twisting Nether Alliance|Horde Ratio

We are alliance players on Twisting Nether, and have enjoyed this game content for many years now.
Currently Twisting Nether has created an insane alliance/horde ratio over the time. We have seen Blizzard make free Alliance migration towards TN and
at the moment there are free migrations for horde only from TN to other servers. It seems that horde is not moving away and I don't blame them, but the amazing ratio difference between horde and alliance remains.
As alliance it's really hard to survive as a guild, almost no people to recruit and way too much horde (did I hear somebody say gankfest?). We could go for a paid migration , but for some people who have several accounts and a lot of toons it costs a fortune to move servers. So you can see we are kind of stuck as a alliance TN.
Does Blizzard have any other solutions at hand to solve this problem? Since free migrations for horde only don't seem to help TN. Hopefully Blizzard will acknowledge our situation and are they able to provide a solution for us
