Unfair Coco Roller Avatar

To whomever it may concern at Neopets.com:

Everyone at neopets loves your avatars for the message boards, but there is one a LOT of people are upset and angry about; The Coco Roller avatar. You have to 1. Have a cell phone, 2. pay money. Real money, not neopoints, 3. and be in the US.
This is totally unfair. Many kids play on neopets, and can't get a cell phone because they don't need one or their parents won't buy one! Parents don't want to buy a program for their cell phone so their kids can get an avatar! Some avatar collectors are kids, and now this avatar comes along and barely any kid can get it. Also, some of my neofriends are from out of the States, and they cannot get the avatar because it isn't available!
I think you should either (a) make Coco Roller downloadable, (b) be able to buy it with neopoints, (c) or stop selling Coco Roller, making the avtar now retired.

Please consider actually listening to the petition and what everyone has to say.
