Here on Teesside there appears to be MIXED Reaction and/or Local Government Policy to the Flying of the Union Flag at HALF MAST whenever there are British Troops Killed in Action.
Shouldn't there be a NATIONAL POLICY regarding this ?
The UK Troops are from all over the UK, and it shouldn't be a National Patchwork Policy !
SO ! How about yourselves a) Looking at the Patchwork Policy ?
b) Calling for a United Policy for ALL the UK ?
c ) Ask those in Whitehall, who are keen to get on TV whenever UK Troops are killed in Action, but Never show their faces at RAF Lyneham, or Brize Norton whenever UK Troops who are killed abroad, are returned to the UK. ( All the UK MP seems to do is clock up more exposure time on TV and on Newspapers Front Pages !!!
SO ! Can we have a NATIONAL POLICY ?
