Some game websites such as GameFAQs (http://www.gamefaqs.com) and GameSpot (http://www.gamespot.com) list your upcoming action game for PlayStation Portable (referred to hereafter as "your PSP game") under the name "Untitled PSP action game (working title)". We, the undersigned, believe that this name is unique and amusing, which is what we believe you intend your PSP game to be. We find that, regardless of the content of your PSP game, this would be a suitable name for it. Therefore, we hold several beliefs on your PSP game's name:

*You should get Sony Corporation's permission to include the "PSP" trademark in your PSP game's name, if you do not already have it.
*You should change the name of your PSP game to "Untitled PSP action game (working title)", if that is not currently the name of your PSP game.
*You should promise not to change the name of your PSP game from "Untitled PSP action game (working title)" to anything else.
*You should advertise your game as "Untitled PSP action game (working title)".
*If you plan to make a series of games including your PSP game, you should change the name of the series to "Untitled PSP action game (working title) series", or any similar name, if that or any name similar to that is not currently the name of the series that your PSP game is in.

Many members of the GameFAQs and GameSpot message board discussing your game have declared that they would purchase your PSP game solely based on its name if it kept the name "Untitled PSP action game (working title)", with some users who don't own a PlayStation Portable claiming that they would acquire one just to play this game if it kept the name "Untitled PSP action game (working title)". There are even some users who have no intention to acquire a PlayStation Portable but who would purchase this game if it kept the name "Untitled PSP action game (working title)". Therefore, we believe that using the name "Untitled PSP action game (working title)" is a good decision for both you and the gaming community.
