upgrade parrs park in glen eden

i think we should upgrade my local skatepark parrs park beacuse there are soo many people that come from glen eden that bmx/skate/scooter and have to drive all the way into the city to get to a good skatepark so we mostly just end up staying at home and wathing T.V.
