Vaccinations - A main cause of Autism?

To whom it may concern,

Today there is a concern that too many vaccinations may be leading to an increase in children with autism. There have been many people who have tried to contact people that may care in the health profession which has so far lead to a 'non-caring' factor. Such people who have argued for this cause is Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey. Jenny's son, Evan, was diagnosed with Autism but has since been un-diagnosed by change of eating habits and such other things. Jenny and Jim have done a lot of research and have come to the conclusion that the 30 odd vaccinations that are given to children these days may contribute to the fact of a child developing autism. Recently, health professionals have claimed that this is not the cause and that they would rather protect children from measles, mumps etc, rather than take the chance of not giving these children the vaccinations in a hope that it prevents autism. The fact is that 19 or so years ago we had under half the vaccinations we do now, and people over the age of 19 don't have any diseases that health professionals have vaccinations for in this day and age. Autism, back then, was also significantly less.

As you can see, with the arguments of Jenny and Jim, health professionals refuse to listen. Is it because, if it is proven to be true, that they will lose a significant amount of money in the health industry? Many would think so. In this day, when a citizen complains about such issues it often goes unheard, however, with the high status of Jenny and Jim you would think the word should be taken into consideration, however this is not the case.

I have created this petition in order to give the people of the world their say, after all it is OUR kids. On a personal note, I believe everyone should be aware of this fact that Autism may be caused by too many vacciations as well as various other things. If I were a mother I would rather the choice of giving my child of these vaccinations, or have most of them cut out all together. Jim and Jenny, hopefully you will read this petition and also have your say, I hope this cause is heard and finally something will be done about it. It is for the children of the future, let's help slow down the development of autism by starting with the removal of some unnessary vaccinations!
