SIA Rigas udens (RU) has not developed the infrastructure to regulate water supply to individual customers at Terbatas iela 50. RU claims our building owes a lot of money and plans to cut off water supply even to those customers who have paid their bills. It should not do this until it has proven that all the money is actually owed and not the result of losses within its own infrastructure. It should also not cut off water to paid-up customers until it has upgraded its infrastructure to the level expected in the capital city of a European Member State.
