We would like to draw your attention to the deficit about the English Language(Syl.B) paper II, on 4th,May,2006.
In MC Cloze, a website is quoted as the questions. However, the URL is too easy to type and remember. In a lot of forums, there are rumors that some candidates used their mobile phone or PDAs to cheat in the examinations. Those candidates simple went to toilet and find out the answer in the toilet.
We have to doubt the fairness of the examinations, and its ridiculous for the long-established HKEAA having such a deficit. Here, we would like to request the entire part of MC Cloze to be cancelled, and the deficit must be rectified. If you fail to satisfy our requirement, we will have further action
