A GYM THAT WILL CATER FOR THE MEEDS OF WOMEN ONLY IS BEING PROPOSED TO BE BUILT IN THE BASTWELL/WHALLEY RANGE AREA OF BLACKBURN. THE PROPOSAL IS CURRENTLY BEING PUT FORWARD TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT OF BLACKBURN-WITH-DARWEN BOROUGH COUNCIL. PLEASE COULD YOU EXRESS YOUR SUPPORT FOR THIS PROPOSAL IF YOU DEEM THAT IT WILL BENEFIT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND ITS FEMALE POPULATION, BY SIGNING THE PETITION BELOW.
