مبارك، لا تدعوة يخدعكم مرة أخرى




Do not get fooled again by Mubarak's empty promises that have kept him in power unopposed and unelected for 24 years the most powerful and influential country in the Arab and Muslim world. With the very same empty promises Mubarak hopes to secure again your support so he can extend his misrule by another 6 years or pass it on to his wife or son through the same fraudulent, mockery referenda.

Understandably, Mubarak, like most of the Arab fascist dictators, pretends to be your best ally in the Middle East and the Arab and Muslim world because that is what it takes an Arab dictator to remain in power unopposed and unelected for too long. Some of you bought it and some were bought to believe it. So, Mubarak has prevailed only at a horrible cost to world peace and security. Furthermore, everyday you keep an insatiable killer like Mubarak in power, hundreds in Egypt, including children, are murdered, tortured or sexually abused at the hands of Mubarak's horrible state security apparatus. Saddam, too, could have prevailed had he wanted to pretend to be your friend. That is why an outcast dictator like Gaddafi has finally decided to join the lot of your friendly killer dictators in the region.

You now know that criminal dictators like Mubarak are nobody's friend but their own. You now know that Mubarak is the world's biggest breeder and exporter of terror creed and terrorists. Mubarak turns not only fundamentalists but also mainstream Muslims and ordinary people into savage killers and vicious terrorists by subjecting them to savage torture and sexual abuse in incommunicado prisons where they are forced to watch their wives, mothers, sisters and children savagely tortured and raped. Mubarak releases the survivors of this barbaric ordeal to tell their horrible stories and spread fear all over. Mubarak calls this policy : "preemptive security." In so doing, Mubarak hopes to abort a revolt, real or imagined, that might be in the offing against his corrupt and oppressive rule. However, what Mubarak actually does is create, breed and export dangerous generations of terrorists whose prime objective is to revenge from the west for having brought to and kept Mubarak in power and also for having done nothing to stop Mubarak from committing these heinous crimes against them and against their families. The terrorist attacks of 9/11 were masterminded by a Mubarak victim. The fighters of Qaeda and other Islamic militant organizations are handpicked and trained by Mubarak victims. The attacks on the US embassies in east Africa were masterminded by Mubarak victims. Islamic terrorist training camps around the world are run by Mubarak victims. The world leading preachers and ideologues of Islamic terror are Mubarak victims. The very notions of Jihad and Islamic militancy took their present international shape in Mubarak's Egypt from which they were exported to all the Muslim countries and communities.

To further deflect dissent, Mubarak also creates outside enemies by orchestrating across the Arab and Muslim world massive anti-American, anti-Israeli, anti-peace, anti-democracy, anti-Christian and anti-Jewish propaganda using an elaborate propaganda machine which comprises government-owned/controlled newspapers, radio, television, mosque imams, school teachers, school textbooks, Al-Azhar, etc. Mubarak calls this policy: "information supremacy."

To further consolidate his power, Mubarak adopts the policy of divide-and-rule. While discriminating against and persecuting Egyptian Christians ( Copts,) Mubarak turns the Muslim segment of the populace against the Christian and stages 'sectarian-motivated' attacks against both. Mubarak goes to any length to turn everyone against everyone else in Egypt. This policy has plagued Egypt with hate, division and disharmony.

Mubarak who has openly said that there would be no reform or democracy in Egypt and the other Arab countries before "the liberation of Palestine," sees to it that the Palestinian problem and the Arab-Israeli conflict remain alive but unsolved so he can prevail. Mubarak works to maintain 'controlled' tension and friction with Israel so as to use the potential threat of an Israeli invasion to enslave the Egyptian people. Mubarak has torpedoed every attempt to sign peace treaties between Israel and the Palestinians and Israel and other Arab countries like Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the Emirates. It is now general knowledge that Mubarak blackmailed Arafat into refusing to sign Camp David II peace treaty and to start the second intifada which raised havoc on the Palestinians.

To maintain his regional prestige, Mubarak builds a vast army which he needlessly arms to the teeth thereby increasing tension and enhancing arms race in the region. Also, Mubarak executes secret nuclear weapon and other WMD programs with which to bully and blackmail the region and the whole world, not to mention the fact that such weapons will enable him and his family to rule Egypt for ever. Mubarak also drives wedges among all players on the Middle-East stage so he can maintain his regional status, feel secured and prevail. He drives wedges between the Palestinians and Israel; Israel and Syria; US and Syria; US and the Palestinians; Israel and EU, Arabs and US; Arabs and Israel; EU and US; US and Arabs; US and Egyptian opposition; US and Al-Azhar; EU and Egyptian opposition.

Mubarak has little time left to devote to the development and welfare of Egypt. Therefore, the economic and social conditions in Mubarak's Egypt have steadily deteriorated. What exacerbates these conditions is the fact that Mubarak's oligarchy controls all the means of production and imposes entry fees and racket on investors and businesspeople. The resulting dire poverty in the most important and influential country in the Muslim and Arab world threatens the security and stability of the whole world.

As such, Mubarak is all but guilty of violating every law in the land. He particularly violates the principles of the Charter of the United Nations. He specifically violates articles 1 (sections 1- 4), 2 ( sections 1-7), 33, 56, 73, 74 and 84. Mubarak also violates all human rights, political rights, social rights, economic rights, cultural rights, rights of child, anti-torture, anti-discrimination, anti-corruption and anti-pollution treaties.

In view of the above, the undersigned urge you to immediately undertake to do the following in case Mubarak does not chose to step down voluntarily:

1- Expel Mubarak's regime from the United Nations as per article 6 of its Charter.

2- Boycott Mubarak and deny him, his family, his henchmen and members of his government entry into your countries.

3- Freeze in your countries monies and properties that belong to Mubarak, his henchmen and members of his government and families thereof.

4- Impose arms, trade and economic embargo on Mubarak's regime.

5- Indict and issue warrants for the arrest of Mubarak, his family, henchmen and members of his government to try them before international tribunals in connection with charges of human rights abuses, corruption and terrorism.

يتعين الا تعطوا مبارك الفرصة لكى يخدعكم بوعودة الكاذبة التى أبقتة فى حكم مصر بدون انتخاب أو معارضة لمدة 24 عامافى أقوى و أكثر الدول تأثيرا فى العالم العربى و الاسلامى. بنفس هذة الوعود الكاذبة يأمل مبارك أن يحصل مرة أخرى على تأييدكم بمد فترة حكمة السئ 6 سنوات أخرى أو أن يورثة لزوجتة أو نجلة من خلال الاستفتاءات المهزلة المزورة.

مبارك مثلة مثل كل حاكم عربى فاشى يوهمكم بأنة أفضل حلفاءكم فى المنطقة و العالم العربى و الاسلامى فقط لان هذا ما يتطلبة الأمر لأن يستمر أى ديكتاتور عربى فى حكم بلادة فترة طويلة جدا بدون انتخابات أو معارضة. بعض منكم صدق فعلا أن هؤلاء الحكام أصدقاء حقيقيين و البعض الأخر تم شرأ تصديقة. و على ذلك، فقد استمر مبارك فى الحكم و لكن أدى هذا الى تكبيد العالم خسارة فادحة فى أمنة و سلامة. بالاضافة الى ذلك فأن كل يوم أبقيتم فية على سدة الحكم فى مصر لسفاح قاتل لا يشبع من القتل مثل مبارك تم قتل فية او عذب أو أغتصب المئات بما فيهم الأطفال على يد أجهزة أمن مبارك الرهيبة. كان يمكن لسفاح قاتل مثل صدام أن يبقى مثل مبارك لو أراد أن يتظاهر بأنة صديقا لكم. لذلك قرر أخيرا سفاح ديكتاتور منبوذ و تافة مثل القذافى أن ينضم الى حفنة أصدقاءكم من الحكام الديكتاتوريين القتلة فى المنطقة.

تعلمون الأن أن الحكام الديكتاتوريين المجرمين مثل مبارك هم ليسوا أصدقاء لأحد سوى أنفسهم. تعلمون الأن أن مبارك هو أكبر مربى و مصدر للارهاب و الارهابيين فى العالم. يقوم مبارك بتحويل ليس فقط الأوصوليين الاسلاميين و لكن أيضا المسلمين المعتدلين و العاديين الى قتلة متوحشين و ارهابيين أشرار بتعريضهم الى تعذيب و اغتصاب وحشى فى زنازين منعزلة عن العالم حيث يتم احضار ذويهم و يتم اغتصاب زوجاتهم و أمهاتهم و شقيقاتهم و أطفالهم بوحشية أمام أعينهم. يقوم مبارك بالافراج عن الناجين من هذة السلخانة الأدمية التى لا يوجد مثيل لها فى الوحشية و البربرية ليحكوا عن الأهوال التى عاشوها لكى ينشروا الذعر و يبثوا الخوف و الرهبة من الحاكم فى كل مكان. يسمى مبارك هذة السياسة بالأمن الوقائى. مبارك يهدف من ذلك اجهاض أى ثورة شعبية سواء كانت حقيقية أو توهمية قد تكون تجهز سرا ضدة. و فى حقيقة الأمر ان ما يفعلة مبارك هو خلق و تفريخ و تصدير أجيال خطرة من الارهابيين همها الأول الانتقام من الغرب لانة هو الذى جاء بمبارك الى الحكم و أبقى علية فية طيلة هذة الفترة و لم يفعل شئ ليوقف الجرائم البربرية التى ارتكبها مبارك فى حقة و حق ذوية. لقد كان العقل المدبر و المخطط لهجمات سبتمبر الارهابية من ضحايا مبارك. كما أن من يجند و يدرب مقاتلين القاعدة و غيرها من التنظيمات الارهابية هم من ضحايا مبارك. و كان العقل المدبر للهجمات الارهابية على السفارات الأمريكية بشرق أفريقيا من ضحايا مبارك. و يدير ضحايا مبارك معسكرات تدريب الارهابين المنتشرة بالعالم. أما أكبر دعاة و فقهاء الارهاب المتأسلم فى العالم هم أيضا من ضحايا مبارك. الجهاد و الاسلام العسكرى بشكلهما الدولى الحالى فقد طورا و صدرا الى كل الدول و التجمعات الاسلامية فى عهد مبارك.

و لكى يحول أنظار المعارضة فى مصر بعيدا عنة قام مبارك بخلق عدو خارجى يشغل بة الرأى العام فى مصر عنة بينما هو يسرق و ينهب و يعيث فى الأرض فسادا و ذ لك من خلال دعايات مغرضة و مخطط لها بعناية ضد أمريكا و الغرب و اسرائيل و الديموقراطية و السلام و المسيحية و اليهودية بثها مبارك من خلال جهاز ضخم للدعاية فى العالم العربى و الاسلامى و أطلق علية مبارك بالريادة الاعلامية و يشتمل على الصحف المملوكة للحكومة و التى تسيطر عليه و الراديو و التلفزيون و أئمة الجوامع و المدرسين و الكتب الدراسية و غيرها.

و لكى يثبت حكمة أكثر عمد مبارك الى تبنى سياسة فرق تسد و نفذها فى مصر بعناية حيث دق أسفين بين المسلمين و الأقباط. فهو يضطهد الأقباط و يحرمهم من أن يمثلوا تمثيلا صحيحا فى الحياة السياسية بالبلاد و يؤلب عليهم المسلمين و تقوم أجهزتة السرية بشن هجمات ارهابية على الجانبين ليس فقط للايقاع بين عنصرى الأمة و لكن أيضا لشغل الرأى العام بالفتن الطائفية. مبارك يفعل أى شئ ليدق أسفين بين أى مصرى و مصرى الأمر الذى يفسر وجود انقسام و فرقة و تصاعد حدة الشعور بالكراهية بين المصريين فى عهد مبارك.

مبارك الذى قال بصراحة بأنة لن يكون هناك اصلاح أو ديموقراطية فى مصر أو أى بلد عربى أخر قبل "تحرير فلسطين" يعمل على الا تحل القضية الفلسطينية و لكن بشرط الا تموت و ذلك حتى يبقى هو. مبارك يعمل على أن يوجد و يحافظ على توتر و احتكاك "محسوبين و تحت السيطرة" مع اسرائيل بحيث يستغل احتمالات نشوب حرب مع اسرائيل و غزوها مصر كزريعة لاستعباد الشعب المصرى. و يقوم مبارك بنسف أى محاولة لعقد صلح و سلام بين أسرائيل و الفلسطينيين و أى دولة عربية أخرى مثلما فعل مع قطر و عمان و البحرين و الامارات. لقد أصبح معلوما للكل الأن أن مبارك قام بابتزاز عرفات و حملة على رفض التوقيع على معاهدة سلام مع اسرائيل فى عام 2000 كان عرفا و شعبة قد ارتضوها لانها عرضت على الفلسطينيين أفضل ما تم التوصل الية حتى الأن كما ضغط مبارك على عرفات لكى يبدأ الانتفاضة الثانية التى لم تجلب للشعب الفلسطينى سوى الخراب.

و لكى يحافظ على مكانتة فى المنطقة كزعيم أكبر دولة عربية يقوم مبارك باهدار الجزء الأكبر من موارد الدولة على التسليح بالرغم من أن مصر أبرمت معاهدة سلام مع اسرائيل بما يزيد من التوتر و يعيد سباق التسلح بالمنطقة. كما يقوم مبارك ببناء برامج سرية لتطوير أسلحة نووية و أخرى للدمار الشامل يهدف بها الى تهديد و ابتزاز الدول الأخرى و البقاء فى الحكم هو و أسرتة أبد الأبدين. و من ناحية أخرى يقوم مبارك بدق أسافين بين كل اللاعبين على مسرح الشرق الأوسط لكى يبقى هو و لكى يحافظ على وضعة بالمنطقة و لكى يشعر بالأمان. فهو يدس و يوقع بين اسرائيل و الفلسطينيين، اسرائيل و سوريا، أمريكا و سوريا، أمريكا و الفلسطينيين، اسرائيل و الاتحاد الأوروبى، أمريكا و الاتحاد الأوروبى، أمريكا و العرب، أمريكا و المعارضة المصرية، الاتحاد الأوروبى و المعارضة المصرية، أمريكا و المؤسسة الدينية و على رأسها الأزهر.

و هكذا لا يجد مبارك وقتا متبقيا يكرسة لتنمية و رفعه مصر. لذلك فان الأحوال الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية بالبلاد فى تدهور مستمر. و مما أدى الى تفاقم هذة الأوضاع أن عائلة مبارك التى تتحكم فى وسائل الانتاج تفرض أتاوات على المستثمرين و رجال الأعمال و تبتزهم كشرط للدخول الى السوق و البقاء بسلام بة. أما الفقر المدقع الناجم عن ذلك كلة فى أهم دولة عربية و اسلامية فهو يهدد الأمن و السلام العالميين.

و هكذا فان مبارك يخالف كل القوانين التى تعرفها الانسانية. مبارك يخالف المبادئ العامة التى يقوم عليها ميثاق الأمم المتحدة و تحديد يخالف مبارك المواد 1 ( البنود من 1 الى 4) 2 (البنود من 1 الى 7) 33، 56، 73، 74، 84. كما يخالف مبارك كل المواثيق و المعاهدات الدولية الخاصة بحقوق الانسان و الحقوق السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية و يخالف تلك الخاصة بحقوق الطفل و بمناهضة التعذيب و التمييز و الفساد و التلوث.

بناء على ما تقدم، الموقعون أدناة يطالبونكم باتخاذ مايلة من اجراءات فورا فى حالة عدم تنحى مبارك عن الحكم طواعية:

1- طرد نظام مبارك من الأمم المتحدة عملا بالمادة 6 من ميثاقها.

2- مقاطعة حسنى مبارك و منعة و منع أفراد أسرتة و رموز نظامة و أعضاء حكومتة من دخول بلادكم.

3- الحجز على أى أموال و ممتلكات قد تكون موجودة فى بلادكم بأسم مبارك و رموز نظامة و أعضاء حكومتة و أقاربهم.

4- فرض عقوبات تجارية و اقتصادية على نظام مبارك تشتمل على حظر تصدير السلاح لة.

5- اعداد لائحة اتهامات و اصدار مذكرات اعتقال بحق مبارك و أفراد اسرتة و رموز نظامة و أعضاء حكومتة لمحاكمتهم أمام محاكم دولية لارتكابهم جرائم ضد الانسانية و لنهبهم المال العام و لارتكابهم جرائم الحض على الكراهية و لتنفيذهم عمليات ارهابية أو التشجيع على ارتكابها
