We, the undersigned are licensed realtors and/or brokers with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission working as Independent Contractors.

Based on the evidence provided of unethical and unreasonable actions by the Broker of Record, Benjamin Bentley Worbucks (nee Miguel Franco, aka Michael Franco), his license should be immediately revoked and he should NEVER be issued a Realtor's or Broker's License in the State of New Jersey. Pamela Franco-Worbucks (MASTERMIND of WORBUCKS' OPERATIONS) and Lesbya (Ivette) Badea (ASSISTANT OF THE MASTERMIND) should NEVER be issued Broker's Licenses in the State of New Jersey. Furthermore, their Realtor's licenses should be revoked FOREVER!
Benjamin Worbucks (nee Miguel Franco, aka Michael Franco), Pamela Franco-Worbucks and Lesbya (Ivette) Badea are a disgrace to the New Jersey Real Estate Community.
If the Real Estate Commission ever issues Realtor's or Broker's licenses, under whatever capacity, to any, or all of these three individuals, the undersigned parties will be forced to challenge that decision and will take the Real Estate Commission to the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Furthermore, an explanation and full accounting should be provided as to where all the money has gone from the Trust, Operating, Payroll including personal accounts in this country or anywhere overseas.
We ask that if any Broker of Record licensed in the State of New Jersey does not pay an agent within 10 days, as required by the Real Estate Commission, and as stated on the Independent Contractor Agreement, that the Broker's License be immediately suspended until a full investigation has been resolved. There should be a maximum of five (5) complaints allowed. Upon the sixth infraction of this rule there should be an immediate revocation of the Broker of Record's license and any other individual that is involved with the infraction(s).
