Respected PRIME MINISTER sir,
The Aligarh Muslim University A.M.U Aligarh ,One of Greatest Educational Institution established by the Muslims of India for their Advancement in all fields, is Witnessing a very Crucial moment at this juncture When the Judiciary has Struckdown its Minority Character .
Respected Sir,
It is a well established fact of the history that the AMU was established by the Muslims of India for their Cultural and Educational Advancement . The AMU act provides to make reservation for Muslims in this regard .The British Govt of that time Only Recognised its status as university and did not Interfere with its Minority character.But the Act of High Court of Allahabad quashing the 1981 Act of the parliament has not only denied the Justice to Indian Muslims but has also tried to established the Superemacy of Judiciary Over the Parliament in the Largest democracy of the world.
We ,the Students of AMU therefore urge You to pass a Full Fledge Bill in the Parliament for the Restoration of Minority Character Of A.M.U Aligarh .
